SurgaVIP Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

01 Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible member and SurgaVIP. They apply to the website, casino products, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotions, loyalty rewards, payment services, and customer support features made available through SurgaVIP.

References to “member”, “player”, “you”, or “your” mean the individual using a SurgaVIP account. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the platform” mean SurgaVIP. A “wager” includes any casino stake, live casino bet, sportsbook selection, Mix Parlay, or other real-money gaming transaction accepted by SurgaVIP.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of any provision. If translated material is ever made available, the English version of the SurgaVIP Terms & Conditions will govern where legally permissible.

02 Account Eligibility

You may create and use a SurgaVIP account only if you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under laws applicable to your location. SurgaVIP does not claim to be regulated by the Malaysian Government, and Malaysian users remain responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws.

A member may hold only one SurgaVIP account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or operated on behalf of another person. Members must register using their true legal name, current contact details, correct date of birth, and other accurate information requested during registration or verification.

SurgaVIP may refuse registration, restrict functionality, suspend an account, or request further documents where information appears incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, or connected with another account. Any attempt by an underage person to access SurgaVIP is strictly prohibited.

03 Identity and Account Security

SurgaVIP may conduct Know Your Customer checks before or after a deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, or unusual account event. Verification may include proof of identity, proof of age, proof of address, payment ownership records, or a source-of-funds review where proportionate.

Members are responsible for safeguarding usernames, passwords, verification codes, and devices used to access SurgaVIP. Login credentials must not be disclosed to relatives, friends, agents, or any other person. You must notify SurgaVIP promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

Transactions completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless evidence indicates otherwise. SurgaVIP may temporarily secure an account while investigating suspected compromise, fraud, payment misuse, or identity concerns.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered SurgaVIP member. Supported options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, approved cards, and supported cryptocurrencies.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may differ according to payment channel, account status, verification level, and risk controls. The limits displayed by SurgaVIP at the time of the transaction apply. Processing times shown on the platform are estimates and may be affected by banks, e-wallet operators, blockchain confirmation times, maintenance, or security checks.

SurgaVIP accounts are not banking facilities. Deposited funds should be used for legitimate gaming activity and may not be used merely to transfer money between payment methods. SurgaVIP may return funds through the original deposit channel where reasonably possible.

05 Withdrawals and Verification

Members may request withdrawals from an available cash balance, subject to verification, payment limits, bonus conditions, pending wagers, and security review. SurgaVIP will not knowingly process a withdrawal to a payment account belonging to another person.

Advertised processing times describe normal circumstances and are not guaranteed. A withdrawal may take longer where SurgaVIP needs to verify identity, confirm payment ownership, review account activity, investigate a technical discrepancy, or obtain information reasonably required for compliance purposes.

Where a deposit has not been used for genuine play, SurgaVIP may require the withdrawal to be returned through the original method. Reasonable payment processing charges may apply where permitted and clearly disclosed before confirmation. Members should ensure that bank or e-wallet details are correct before submitting a request.

06 Casino and Sports Betting Rules

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by SurgaVIP. Members must check the stake, market, odds, selection, event, and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be edited or cancelled merely because the member changes their mind.

Sports markets may include Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international football, UFC, and other events. Settlement is based on the official result and the specific market rules displayed when the wager is placed. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled events may be voided or remain open in accordance with the applicable market rules.

Casino and live dealer outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, certified random number generator, or recorded dealer result. If an obvious pricing, odds, payout, display, or technical error occurs, SurgaVIP may correct the affected transaction and settle it at the valid terms that should reasonably have applied.

Collusion, automated betting tools, exploitation of software defects, manipulation of game processes, insider betting, and coordinated activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage are prohibited.

07 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

SurgaVIP promotions may be subject to minimum deposits, wagering requirements, qualifying games, time limits, maximum conversion values, withdrawal restrictions, or other campaign-specific conditions. The terms displayed for a promotion form part of this agreement once the offer is claimed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promotion may be claimed per eligible member, household, device, payment method, or shared network. SurgaVIP may withhold promotional credit or associated winnings where there is evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated claims, artificial wagering, payment reversal, or deliberate bonus abuse.

Loyalty points, birthday rewards, referral rewards, cashback, and VIP benefits have no cash value until converted or credited in accordance with the relevant rules. SurgaVIP may update future promotions or VIP criteria, but confirmed cash balances will not be removed solely because a promotion later changes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Every member must use SurgaVIP lawfully, honestly, and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• creating duplicate, false, or nominee accounts;
• using funds or payment methods belonging to another person;
• attempting to bypass age, identity, location, or security controls;
• engaging in fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or market manipulation;
• using bots, scripts, scraping systems, or unauthorised automated tools;
• exploiting obvious errors, delayed data, software faults, or incorrect odds;
• threatening, abusing, or harassing SurgaVIP staff or other users.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, SurgaVIP may restrict the account, preserve relevant records, void affected wagers, withhold disputed funds, request documentation, or close the account. Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable requirements.

09 Responsible Gambling

SurgaVIP is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment and must not be viewed as employment, an investment, or a dependable source of income. Members should set a budget, monitor time spent playing, and never chase losses.

SurgaVIP may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion controls. A member who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to create another account or use another person's account during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy and Personal Information

SurgaVIP processes personal information to operate accounts, verify identity and age, process payments, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud, meet licensing obligations, and improve platform services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the SurgaVIP Privacy Policy.

Members must keep their account information accurate and inform SurgaVIP when important details change. Security monitoring may include login records, device information, payment history, transaction patterns, and communications with support.

SurgaVIP does not permit members to use the platform in a way that violates another person's privacy, identity rights, or payment security.

11 Service Availability and Liability

SurgaVIP aims to provide a stable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, telecommunications failure, supplier outages, payment network delays, cyber incidents, severe weather, or events outside reasonable control.

Members are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, internet connection, and secure access environment. SurgaVIP is not responsible for a wager that was never accepted, a transaction abandoned before confirmation, or a loss caused solely by the member's device or network failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, SurgaVIP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

12 Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

A member may request account closure by contacting SurgaVIP support. Any available cash balance will be handled after pending wagers, verification requirements, withdrawal conditions, and legitimate account reviews have been completed.

SurgaVIP may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, underage access, fraud, security concerns, payment disputes, responsible gambling intervention, legal restrictions, or failure to provide reasonably requested verification.

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, SurgaVIP may classify it as dormant and contact the registered member. Any dormant-account treatment or charge will be disclosed in advance where applicable.

13 Complaints and Disputes

A member who wishes to dispute a wager, payment, promotion, or account decision should contact SurgaVIP support promptly and provide the account identifier, relevant transaction details, date, amount, and a clear explanation. Supporting screenshots or records may be requested.

SurgaVIP will review available account logs, provider records, payment information, and applicable rules. Members must communicate honestly and allow a reasonable period for investigation. A matter may be escalated internally where the initial response does not resolve the complaint.

These terms do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where an internationally licensed dispute process applies, SurgaVIP may explain the appropriate escalation route after its internal review is complete.

14 Changes to These Terms

SurgaVIP may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, security improvements, payment updates, responsible gambling measures, licensing requirements, or legal developments. The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when a material revision is published.

Continued use of SurgaVIP after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. If a member does not accept a material change, the member should stop using SurgaVIP and request account closure after settling any pending transactions.

15 Contact and Final Provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay by SurgaVIP in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and promotion-specific rules, constitute the agreement governing use of SurgaVIP.
